About Us
Varsity Lakes is an upscale, gated, 119-acre community of 297 single-family homes, fully developed. Varsity Lakes was developed by the Lehigh Corporation, who began construction in October 1995. Provision was made at incorporation for the organization of a homeowners' association, an entity officially known as Varsity Lakes Owners' Association, Inc., a Florida nonprofit corporation. ("VLOA").

Next VLOA's Board of Directors Meeting, is scheduled for Monday, February 8th 2010 . The Meeting will be held at the Library at Gunnery Road, and will be called to Order at 6:00 p.m. ALL OWNERS ARE ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.
