One basic tenet of VLOA is to preserve the beauty and value of ALL the property
in the subdivision. The Association is bound by the Rules set forth in the documents entitled
"Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for Varsity Lakes" and "Bylaws
of Varsity Lakes Owners Association, Inc.", along with its Articles of Incorporation, all of which
are filed with Lee County, Florida. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE DOCUMENTS THOROUGHLY.

or any member of the Board of Directors.
